| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Business IT or Marketing Degree
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communications skills for dealing regularly with non English speaking contacts across all European countries
- Highly technology literate with ability to learn fast when working with multiple applications.

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job role: - To assist with administration for all Customer Research related activities for Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and maintaining customer databases for all survey activities
- Liaising with country managers, sales management and divisional management around Europe and customer focus champions who own the data
- Using CRM, Quote tools, ERS, SMS and MCS (Passport) as the sources and repository for lists
- Co-ordinating the supply of customer data from the various sources, combining and cleaning the data to fit the survey requirements
- Maintaining a list of customers who opt-out of surveys and ensuring these customers are not included in any survey database
- Maintaining a customer by customer survey history (all survey activity directed at European customers) to avoid over-surveying
- Administer the customer communications around the annual loyalty surveys
- Administer the process of translation checking prior to all surveys
- Coordinate the follow-up process for dissatisfied customer follow-up
- Ad hoc internal and external survey requests
- Create and deploy transactional surveys using Confirm-it survey tool | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
