CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- University Degree;
- Good English language skills;
- Fluency in Italian and /or Spanish and/or German and/or French is mandatory;
- Excellent communication, listening and problem solving skills including under pressure as well as a flexible attitude;
- Very good mastering of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Job role: Assist and service the customers in an accurate and timely manner.

- Upon reception of Customers orders, identify the relevant products, clarify the prices from the system and the Customer Database, book the orders in the ERP system;
- Check the lead times provided by the factories and confirm the lead time on the order with the customer;
- Organize and implement scanning of all orders relevant documentation;
- Allocate to relevant Sales Offices all requests coming on the Company’s eCommerce internet site;
- Contacts with Sales Offices, Production Plants, Marketing, Application Engineering.
- Various administration tasks related to customer files.
