| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University Degree in Finance or Business Administration;
- 2 years of experience in banking, risk assessment or in receivables management - mandatory;
- Excellent knowledge of GERMAN language is mandatory;
- Fluency in English;
- Good PC knowledge (MS Office);
- Knowledge on ERP systems ( Oracle preferred);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to cope with increased workload towards the month close;
- Team player;
- Attention to details.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role: to support the Senior Credit Controller for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Responsibilities:
- Customer credit rating review and approval of credit limits;
- Accounts receivables management: cash collections&dunning processes; follow-up of invoice disputes and resolution, escalation to management;
- Collection of overdue receivables and receivables in dispute;
- Collection of retentions and cancellation of expired bank guarantees;
- Reporting: weekly cash collections and monthly forecast, account receivables report, collection of retentions(review of expired retentions and replacement with bank guaranties), review and maintenance of customer master file;
- Communication with the Financial Shared Service Center and local financial controller. |
