Cost Collector (English&French)

- University Degree in Economics is preferred
- 1 year experience in customer service or account receivables
- PC skills: Ms Office (Word, Excel), basic experience with accounting systems
- Excellent knowledge of both French and English is mandatory

- Provides first line credit and collection services through voice, fax & email, both outbound & inbound calls;
- Send e-mail reminders to customers about payment due-dates
- Contact customers by phone to prevent or to draw attention on payment due-dates
- Get feedback from customers regarding different payment issues (e.g. warranty cases, price issues, delivery mistakes, etc.)
- Maintain and update the data in the system
- Solve or escalate customer payment issues
- Draw-up periodical, specific reports
