| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree in Finance or Accounting preferred;
- Experience in customer service (phone support) and/or collections preferred;
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, corporate procedures/regulations;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good English skills required;
- Excellent knowledge of GERMAN or DUTCH is required;
- Proficient in the use of MS Office;
- Motivated and team player;
- Problem solving, persistence and reliability are required for this position. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Provides first line credit and collection services through voice, fax & email; accepts both outbound & inbound calls;
- Effectively and efficiently communicates with counterpart and the division any relevant issues that affect his/ her ability to collect (system issues, issues delaying payment, cash flow problem of customers and disputes);
- Provides excellent credit & collection activities to Emerson’s customers;
- Utilizes knowledge and system resources to walk through customers and verify symptoms and issues;
- Maintains and administers customer account database through system tool;
- Ensure required information is entered into central database pertaining to customer issues or requests;
- Individual transaction management based on client agreement;
- Escalates technical or non-technical problems that are unable to be resolved on the spot to proper escalation channel;
- Flags up personal training requirements to immediate supervisor;
- Adheres to support work flow to achieve Service Level Agreement;
- Reports to Team Lead & Account Manager.
