| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree
- 6-12 months previous experience as a buyer
- Proficiency in English
- PC skills: MsOffice, Internet, E-mailers
- Previous exprience in working with an MRP systm is a plus
- Very good communication and analytical skills |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job Role: Purchase industrial buyout items per customer requirements. Products include: AC & DC motors, gear reducers, encoders, actuators, line & load reactors and filters.
Main responsibilities:
- Review incoming orders for assigned products to assure correct products are requested.
- Place and maintain purchase orders as required for assigned products.
- Work with Strategic Purchasing Department to implement negotiated price changes in the MPR system.
- Work with purchasing and suppliers as required to expedite part shortages.
- Inform all pertinent departments of any delay in material receipts.
- Maintain accurate planned shipment dates for sales orders and other demands for assigned products.
- Cultivate and maintain good vendor relations to assure the Division receives fair and equitable treatment.
- Assist suppliers in resolving any problem that affects the Division's operations.
- Perform receiving and shipping transaction.
- Support the scheduling group with sales and operations planning analysis |
