ASSISTANT TO FINANCIAL CONTROLLER(FRENCH&ENGLISH)

- Proficient in French or English, with good knowledge of the second language
- Degree in Accounting
- Excellent knowledge of Finance Management
- At least 2 years experience in accounting/financial analysis
- Good knowledge in using MS Office(Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in the use of Excel

JO PURPOSE:
Accounting assistance for reporting and consolidation of the sales subsidiaries in various countries.
Statistical analysis and processing of inventory data

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accurate reporting and consolidation of accounting data from the various sales subsidiaries worldwide
- Update of the ‘Automatic Reporting’ data consolidation tool
- Upkeep of the ‘Automatic Reporting’ data tool: ensure correct data bridges are maintained between different accounting tools
- Accounting assistance (use of Hyperion)
- Statistical tracking of Excess & Obsolete inventory (twice monthly): flagging, traceability of misstatements or errors, active follow up with sales subsidiaries and factories
- Other financial or data processing & analysis tasks will be integrated when experience has been gained working with the consolidation service
