University Degree (i.e. Computer Science, Electronics, Informatics, Physics...)
C programming language
Knowledge of embedded systems
Knowledge of software development process and methodology
Software testing methodology knowledge is a plus

For our Engineering Location Iasi we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Chassis and Safety department.

Our Chassis & Safety Division drives innovations in the areas of active and passive driving safety, safety and chassis sensors, and chassis components. With a workforce of over 28,000 and a turnover of 5 billion euro (2006), we are already developing tomorrow’s electronic and hydraulic braking and stability control systems, sensors, driver assistance, airbag and passenger classification systems and electronic air suspension systems.

As an embedded software development engineer in the Safety and Chassis Department you will develop software for microcontroller subsystems in programming languages. The job would can include software implementation of functional unit tests.

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
