Embedded C++/ C Software Developer for a Linux based platform - Commercial Vehicles & AfterMarket (Timisoara)

As a Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to be part of the step-by-step creation of a Linux based platform which will be the core component for the future high-end products of Commercial Vehicles (e.g. telematic & tolling units, onboard recorders and free programmable clusters).


Your responsibilities will be to:
- participate in the definition of the platform software requirements;
- design concepts for new software components within the platform;
- implement software components according to the defined specifications;
- test software components according to the defined specifications (unit and integration testing);

- University degree - preferably Computer Science/Electronics/Telecommunications related degree
- Good knowledge of C++ & C programming languages
- Good knowledge of OOP concepts
- Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating system
- Basic knowledge of microcontrollers
- Knowledge of different technologies (GSM, GPS, DSRC, Bluetooth) will be a plus
