| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Previous customer service experience or experience in the service industry is an advantage;
- High School Diploma;
- Computer literate;
- English speaker;
- Exceptional telephone, presentation and public speaking;
- Effective interpersonal skills;
- Willing to work flexible hours to include weekends.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest standard of customer service to all members and guests of the Club;
- Meet and greet members and guests in person or on the phone and screening questions in a comfortable, professional and courteous manner;
- Provide general administrative support to the club;
- Schedule services appointments (massage, solarium, etc);
- Assist members with purchases of retail goods and club services;
- Promote club services and activities;
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with all members;
- Ensure that accounting, banking and administrative procedures are followed, whilst on shift.
