CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
university degree, preferably in a commercial discipline
strong project management skills
good analytical skills
excellent command of English; very good computer literacy
experience for at least 5 years in a mangerial position within a marketing / commercial department in an FMCG company
experience in a multinational company and successsful experience in new brands/product launch would be an advantage

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Reports to Marketing Director
Responsibilities:
implements the strategic brand direction
develops and manages marketing budgets, plans related to brand
P&L management
manages ATL & BTL activities
monitors activities of all major competitors
manages relationship with agency and other appropiate business partners
