CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Balanced experience and knowledge to fully manage locally GA and I/C processes
• Operational and transactional accounting knowledge
• External audit compliance
• Internal control
• Management Reporting
• Tax compliance
• Intercompany operations
|
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Develop continuously team (currently 8 people) & individual performance and stimulate innovation and change
• Deliver local &corporate reports within the agreed schedule .
• Develop initiatives and policies to build , with internal partners, timeliness and quality directly from data “source”.
• Identify and implement pro actively education programs to retain & develop expertise
• Maintain metrics and feed back process to evaluate and enhance.
• Ensure existence of appropriate efficient internal control activities to provide reasonable assurance that financial statements are fairly stated and external requirements adhered to
• Share and encourage sharing of best practices at all levels (team, cross functional, cross-country,..) for final effective implementation.
• Add increasingly value to Business Partners
• Ensure compliance to agreed GA & I/C processes and metrics. Promote standardization
• Monitor processes transactions/activities for adequacy and performance. Act on deviations
