CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
As IT Administrator at the company, you will report to the Director of Enabling Technologies and will be responsible for day to day support for desktop and internal development servers. This offer is for a full-time position located at the offices of the Company, except as travel to other locations may be necessary to fulfill your responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
Build machines for new hires and re-build boxes as needed
Ensure desktop machine health and operation
Ensure virus definition for anti-virus software is up to date
Maintain patch levels on all desktop boxes
Maintain software and hardware inventory
Ensure licensing compliance on all software and equipment
Ensure file server availability and uptime
Set up Help Desk/CRM system to manage internal support requests |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Qualifications:
1-3 years relevant experience required
4-year degree preferred
