CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
This particular position requires someone with a passion for sports games. Proven track record in developing sports games is a strong plus; a good substitute can be a similar design experience on modifying existing sports games.
Some experience in the gaming/interactive entertainment industry. Similar interactive design experience, a strong passion for games and the willingness to learn could be considered a substitute for industry experience.
Solid understanding of what makes good casual and mobile games.
Ability to be innovative and creative under pressure.
Ability to organize his/her own work.
To be energetic, sociable and inspire people to work as a team.
Ability to understand the concerns and issues of programmers, artists, sales and marketing teams.
Knowledge of what “pitching” means and ability to sell your own or your team’s ideas verbally.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a professional environment.
Very clear communication in English, both in speech and in writing.
Ability to rapidly learn and assimilate new technologies.
Must have good work ethic and require little supervision.
Experience with creative writing is preferred.
A four-year university degree in a creative field is preferred.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Game Designer is responsible for all design aspects of a mobile game. This includes coming up with a creative vision in collaboration with the Producer, and making sure that the design supports this vision. The Game Designer also needs to ensure that the team knows what the design goals are and that they have enough information to develop it into a game.
Responsible for all design aspects of a game – including game mechanics, level design, and writing – from high concept through implementation.
Create and maintain a vision for the title together with the Producer.
Communicates with a team of artists and programmers to ensure the creative vision is fulfilled.
Filters and makes the most of internal and external feedback regarding the game.
Effectively receives and gives constructive criticism.
Benchmarking and competition research.
Collaborates with the design team to create innovative ideas for new concepts and existing design issues.
