CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
•A minimum of 5 years experience in managing engineers, preferably CS background.
•A minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile gaming.
•Substantial experience using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skill, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
•A good understanding of various disciplines that go into game development such as programming, art, design and audio. |

SUMMARY:
Responsible for creating, tracking and managing engineering project schedules using Microsoft Project and other software packages. Coordinate planning with the Technical Director, lead engineers tracking progress with individual team members, reporting on status to team management. Career management of engineers.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Create, maintain and drive engineering schedules using MS Project and other software.
•Drive and track engineering goals related to Tech Slate and weekly/monthly milestones.
•Resolve engineering plans and schedules with dependencies in production and other departments on the team.
•Work to ensure compatibility and synergy with other teams in the studio or around the company.
•Continually evaluate scheduling process and methodology and look for ways to improve efficiency without compromising effectiveness.
•Anticipate and communicate problems and roadblocks to successful achievement of goals and milestones.
•Manage career development of direct report engineers, including development of individual development plans and regular 1:1 meetings.
