Some experience in working in with computer games graphics. Alternative background could be working with animation in the film or TV industry. Experience of working towards milestone deliveries.
Some education in 3D modelling. Education in painting, art etc is helpful but not required
Technical qualifications
Excellent skills in working with Maya
Excellent skills in Photoshop
Understanding for scripts and console commands
Been working in the video games industry for at least 1 year
Shipped at least 1 video game title
Active video games player with a strong interest in first-person shooter games.
Knowledge of EA shooter video games (especially online gameplay and modding) a definite plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain and translate art requirements to on-site and off-site game team members
Fluent written and spoken English

Will be working on a project team with technically advanced 3D graphics. This will include texturation an modelation of 3D objects, primary weapons and/or vegetation
Highest quality is of major importance
Follow Art Director and given technical specifications
Deliver on time. Responsible for your own part in milestone deliveries. Inform as soon as possible when timetable is not accurate.
Create dummy objects for gameplay
Build characters and create textures
Create documentation for outsourcing to 3rd parties
Provide feedback on outsourcing
Implement content in the game
Fix bugs and help with game polish
