| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
A technical college diploma in electrical engineering.
(S)he will have broad technical knowledge of modern systems.
(S)he will have a minimum of 10 years' experience as an engineer/project manager in relation to electrical marine systems.
(S)he will have a good command of both written and spoken English.
(S)he will have experience of AutoCad and E-plan technical drawing programs.
(S)he will have experience in supervising people and will be open to multicultural teamwork.
(S)he will have extensive experience of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
This position is related to a naval training Center. The engineer will undertake the day-to-day management of a group of 10–20 technical college students whose activities will alternate between receiving instruction from the tutor, undertaking work placements in Romania or the Netherlands, and attending lectures at external training establishments.
The tutor will supervise, encourage, and motivate the students and will monitor the progress of the individual students electronically with the help of a 'learning management system'. The tutor will also coordinate work placements and workplace visits by the participants.
The subjects that the tutor will be responsible for comprise:
- The design and engineering of marine systems
- Shipping terms and definitions
- The classification of regulations
- Computer-aided technical drawing (AutoCad and E-plan
