- used to handling different tasks at the same time

- taking all incoming calls
- making hotel / car / plane reservations for Eldon guests / employees traveling
- booking of the conference rooms
- drafting of various reports based on information received from the managers
- making presentations in PowerPoint for various meetings
- takes in employee requests and forwards them to the relevant departments
