- experience in sales in the industrial / electrical field
- able to perform with minimum supervision
- excellent command of the English language
- lives in Cluj or near Cluj and will be required to travel about once a week to Brasov to report to Central Office
- very proactive, with a high inner motivation
- knows and is able to use techniques to approach new potential clients
- technical background / technical knowledge in the industrial / electrical field

Responsibilities:

- building up the market in the Cluj area / Western Romania
- constantly maintaining and improving the client data base that he / she creates
- develop a strong relationship with and provide consistent support for distributors of Eldon products
- constantly provide information from all markets and draw market reports
