Commodity Manager (Electromechanics) - Location: Arad

• University or college degree in engineering (Electromechanics is an advantage)
• A few years´ experience in sourcing, purchasing or related material management tasks and a technical understanding on electronics/ electromechanics
• Good knowledge of the European supply network of electronics components, especially in the passives area
• Experience of working in a multinational environment
• Good spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result orientation, strong drive and confidence

As a Commodity Manager you will be accountable for sourcing passive components for the Communications Networks business area mainly in Europe. Your main responsibility is to ensure material availability and competitive purchasing prices for passive components.
Your main tasks:
• Find, evaluate and select suppliers
• Negotiate purchasing pricing and terms for commodities in your responsibility area
• Maintain supplier relations with the selected suppliers
• Implement advanced logistics models with suppliers
• Support sales and factories within the Communications Networks business area, and collaborate with Global Sourcing of passives commodities
