| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
-University degree with 1-2 year secretarial experience;
-Fluency in English is necessity ; Translations from Romanian to English will be required;
-Good communication skills, detailed-oriented, organized person;
-Working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
-Team spirit and initiative, professional attitude;
-Open-mindedness, energy and adaptability;
-Immediate availability;
-References from previous employers are required
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Assist the manager in the daily activity
-Secretarial / Receptionist duties, managing faxes / e-mails, mail correspondence, Delivery of Reports to the Ministry
-Offering administrative support to the company's employees
-Keeping the incoming and outgoing register
-Ensures the bookings for the hotels, air lines and others
-Arrange for the proper and timely supply of office stationery
-Excellent working conditions in Bucharest.
-Driving Licence required
