Job Description - Responsibilities

Manage and provide the functionality of the IT resources of the company according to its policy:

Key responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for installing and maintenance of workstations (hardware and software)
- Administer and monitoring the IT equipments: printers, copy machines, PBX, and networking devices
- Keep the contact with the IT providers (hardware, software and IT services providers)
- Investigate, track and conclude software incidents (Microsoft Office Applications, Antivirus)
- Provide technical support for users
- Backup critical data – Backup operator
- Participate to the LAN, WAN administrative tasks
- Inventory management of IT equipments
- Management of software licenses
- Research of IT market (hardware and software) and provide proposal reports regarding IT products needed to be purchased

Knowledge:

Good knowledge of:
- Windows Operating system (installation, configuration and maintenance) – Desktop level
- Desktop hardware

Basic knowledge of:
- Windows Servers (maintenance)
- Networking - TCP/IP, LAN, WAN

The knowledge of the following is a plus:
- Microsoft Exchange server administration
- Microsoft SQL server administration
- DNS, WINS, Active Directory
- LAN security, firewall, routing protocols, WAN

Other skills:
- Well organized, stress resistant and dynamic person
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and responsible
- Good command of English
