RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job description:
• Create, develop and maintain client portfolio;
• Monitor and improve constantly client & property databases;
• Search, examine real estate properties and continuously monitor the market;
• Offer real estate consultancy;
• Negotiate contracts;
• Follow up sales strategy and targets.
Requirements:
• Preferably with previous experience in the real estate field;
• University degree;
• Strong sales skills and ability to communicate;
• Proactive, enthusiastic and results oriented;
• Teamwork player;
• Fluent in English;
• Computer skills;
• Driving license.
