Corporate Finance / Equity Analyst

- University Degree (Finance, Economics, Engineering)
- Enrolment in the CFA program is a strong plus
- Financial analysis skills: ability to interpret financial statements, practice of valuation of equity investments
- Fluency in written and oral English is a must
- One to two years of financial industry experience, preferably in equity research or investment banking
- Solid Excel, Word, PPT user skills
- Strong analytical, communication and writing skills
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Corporate Finance Analyst
- Prepare sector and company analyses, involving collection and summarisation of data
- Monitor news and events for a broad range of companies
- Conduct background research, provide financial modelling/valuation support, prepare presentations to senior management and assist on due diligence exercises
- Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets

Equity Analyst
- Conduct company and sector research, focus on assigned sectors
- Prepare research materials, perform in-depth financial analysis
- Maintain database containing trading information on listed companies
- Keep contact and inform clients of market developments
