Calls processing – forward calls to the employees
Invoice processing – receiving invoices, scanning and sending them via mail
Hosting service for the guests visiting our office – announcing the employee that his/ her guests have arrived, showing them the way to the appointed meeting room, organizing hosting details such as meeting room arrangements, protocol products, etc
Reception tasks – sorting and registering the mail, managing couriers, sending / receiving faxes, subscriptions to newspapers, office and cafeteria supplies ordering, catering orders for special guests,
Organizing details for announced visitors – hotel bookings, transportation arrangements (to and from the airport, to and from the hotel or office), restaurant reservations and communication all these arrangements
