| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
This role manages the company networking, communications infrastructure, applications and help desk to provide consistent and high quality customer service to all employees. Position is also responsible for all hardware/software purchases/reconfiguration, telecommunications and maintaining IT vendor relationships/negotiations.
Skills:
- University certifications preferred degree
- 5 years related experience , with 2 years in supervisory or managerial capacity
- Microsoft or other industry
- Ability to think “outside of the box” to develop/implement solutions with minimal direction
- Ability to effectively deal with crisis situations, such as systems outages, enacting multiple solutions in a timely manner
- Language: Good knowledge of English.

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Responsible for day-to-day management of IT Departments.
• Supervises and manages ongoing operational support of company network and communications infrastructure ensuring highest level of systems availability.
• Supervises and manages the monitoring and maintenance of issue tracking, related to the network and help desk, to identify potential problem areas and take a proactive approach to addressing them
• Manages and maintains, along with the Systems Engineer all IT related hardware/software ensuring optimum performance and highest level of availability.
• Performs research, provides recommendation and implement company wide solutions that support the functions of the business units.
• Develop and implements process improvements for company IT operations.
• Plan, develop, recommend, upgrade, improve and implement IT policy and procedures within company.
