| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The perfect candidate should posses superior leadership skills, exceptional customer service skills, outstanding product knowledge and strategic thinking.
The Customer Service Team Leader should have the ability to work on own initiative, should be flexible and highly motivated.
The team leader should also be a quick decision maker and have very good computer skills.
Last but not least, the Team Leader should be proficient in English since the entire activity will be in English.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Customer Service Team Leader will supervise the personnel, which typically includes recommandations for hiring, firing, motivating, coaching, training, evaluating and problem resolution. He has to ensure that all the Service Levels are met within agreement timeframes with maximum involvement and contribution from the team members under his leadership. From a technical point of view, he has to provide system troubleshooting and to identify and solve root cause of problems. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
