RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Customer Service Team Leader ensures that the Customer Service Unit works according to clients' requirements and in compliance with the company policies. This individual supervises the personnel, which typically includes recommandations for hiring, firing, motivating, coaching, feed-back, training, evaluating and problem resolution.
