CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Asertive person that has very good negociation skills.
- Able to work afternoon and night shift
- Able to meet results as requested by management and prove to be a good collector. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Calling american customers that need to be contacted in order to pay their bill.
- Receiving calls from these customers and take their payment over the phone.
- Do payment remainders and also make customers promise to pay in a certain amount of time.
- English perfect, both writing and speaking
- Very good computer literacy (using efficiently the computer and basic Microsoft Office applications)
- Very good communication skills (speaking and writing)
- Minimal experience in related fields (Customer Care, Telemarketing, Telesales), but not mandatory.
- Students or graduates. |
