CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree -legal ;
• Professional experience in a similary position 3-5 years;
• English language, advanced;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Managing the legal strategy of the company and offering day-to-day advice on legal matters;
• Providing legal guidance and keeping a close communication with Executive Committee , providing support during strategy development;
• Developing legal standards to be observed by employees doing business with external partners;
• Alerting management staff of actual and potential changes in national and international laws which impact upon the business;
• Managing claims against the company as well as recommending solutions to reasonably protect the company against damages of any kind that might occur;
• Supervising the legal validation of documents
