CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

- Agency background with solid understanding of campaign management (as Account/Client Services Director), creative & production management
- 10-15 years experience, with 5 years executive management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing (MBA Preferred)
- Expertise on call-centre management would be advantageous!
- Financial and commercially strong business knowledge
- Strong network of contacts within industry
- Excellent planning and organisational skills; excellent decision-making and presentation skills; strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent management and leadership skills
- Fluent English

- Lead the operations function (call-center, creative, client services and production) for the agency ensuring the provision of cost- effective, high quality and efficient services for clients in line with agency’s brand, business plans, profit targets and product specifications.
- Provide direction, standards and guidance to the operations teams to ensure that they effectively assist in the delivery of the agencies products, on time and on-specification.
- Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the operations function against agreed standards and targets for quality, efficiency, profitability and project delivery, taking remedial action where necessary to ensure that targets are successfully achieved.
- Develop, maintain and encourage existing client focus throughout operations to ensure that quality services and products are provided to clients and effective client relationships are built and sustained.
- Provide leadership and support to ensure that operations recruits, develops, motivates and retains a talented team of operations people and outsourced resource who understand and are willing and able to deliver the group vision and objectives
- Increase the DM expertise and technical competencies available to the team to achieve the highest standards.
- Provide hands-on expertise and cover for employees in operations where necessary to ensure continuation of project delivery and
- Establish contacts with all production and creative suppliers, managing the relationships going forwards, and negotiate the most effective contract terms for the agency.
- Prepare the annual operations budget, and manage its implementationto ensure that financial targets and key ratios are achieved.
- Work collaboratively with the Chief Commercial Officer in the development of agency
- Attend client meetings
