CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Reputable Romanian real estate investment advisor, Trammel Mackenzie is looking with the support of Dynamic Human Resources an Assistant to Managing Partner. For more information about the company please visit www.trammelmackenzie.ro

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To understand the company’s business and Manager’s priorities , manage a complex
schedule;
To edit the correspondence (fax, memo, e-mail), receive and refer communications;
To provide occasional administrative support for visiting executives and clients;
To interact significantly with both internal and external senior level executives;
To assist in meetings and prepare the meeting brief;
To organize travel arrangements, appointments and events;
To translate business related documents and other correspondence;
To perform other administrative activities (organizing and updating files, performing different
financial formalities, protocol activities);
To archive and keep a strict control of the documents;
To ensure that documents are filed and archived according to internal document retention
policies;
To maintain and update clients, services etc. data base.

REQUIREMENTS:
College or Bachelor degree : preferably economics, work experience in an administrative or
secretarial position is a plus, preferably in a multinational;
Highly flexible and adaptable, mature personality, proactive, highly organized;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Self starter requiring minimal supervision and direction;
High level of integrity and ability to handle and protect confidential information;
Outstanding attention to detail and follow up, keep communication lines open;
Good understanding of real estate business, fast learner;
Professionalism: use good judgment, take initiative;
Ability to cope with a variety of duties and responsibilities;
Proficiency in English language, French is a plus;
Very good computer skills : Excel, Word etc.
