CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Do you like traveling? Are you fluent in English and Romanian, and have a Psychology degree? If you are experienced in selection or assessment interviewing, you are the person we are looking for! |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The person selected will be responsible for conducting selection and/or development assessments for the company`s multinational clients in Romania and abroad. Experience with SHL tools and in coaching is an advantage. Clinical psychology background is also welcome. Location for the position is Cluj-Napoca, but frequent business travels are involved.
