| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Good knowledge of employment law (legal background required).
Relevant experience in applying procedures in relation with authorities (at least two years of experience).
Competencies in registering legal records of employment (work book records).
Excellent client needs orientation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good data gathering and analysis.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluency in Romanian and English.
Proactive and creative approach to the job.
Organized and methodological.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Ensure that all the documents, applications, processes and procedures of employment are in line with the labor law.
Follow and promote the appropriate procedures required by labor law during the employment process for local and expatriate employees (contracts, records, statistics).
Applying the procedures related to work permits for expatriate employees.
Cooperate with responsible persons within the firm and externally to ensure the smooth operation of the employment process.
Coordinate and negotiate with governmental authorities;
Closely follow the new laws and procedures and advise those responsible accordingly.
Ensure total compliance and adherence of company to processes and procedures set by the government.
Ensure the safety and confidentiality of documents.
