Transition Testing Lead, - Prague, Czech Republic

We require:
• A minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in a test environment
• Experience in test management tools (knowledge of test automation tools is a plus)
• Experience in the development of test strategies and writing of test plans
• Knowledge of project and testing methodology
• Good knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software, network) and their application to business functions/processes
• Sound knowledge of finance systems in a corporate environment (knowledge of SAP advantage)
• Advanced English.

Our Transition Team is currently looking for a new colleague, whose responsibilities will be:
• Develop and maintain test strategy.
• Coordinate all testing activities including management of the testing lifecycle from planning through execution (plan tests, create test schedules and coordinate their execution across local and remote teams).
• Potentially edit test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution.
• Coordinate set-up and reproduction of customer environments/issues.
• Coordinate identifications/Identify errors and ensure follow up on identified issues to find resolution.
• Liaise with various groups to coordinate error fixing activities (project managers, transition teams, testing groups, end users, etc.).
• Be the first link between the business and the test team.
• Manage testing team.
• Prepare Status Reports for Management.

• Coordinate error fixing/Resolve issues
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on all testing activities
