| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Key qualifications for the position:
. High level of spoken and written English
. People management experience/Leadership skills
. Experience with Order management/ Project management preferably in BPO
environment
. Strong interpersonal skills
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Operations Manager is responsible for the group of client operations that were (and
will be) started in the Centre in order to build additional operational capabilities
(working name is Business Development Unit).
The group consists of operations of
various profiles. Among others: Customer Services, IT related services and project
management. Operations Manager maintains and develops good relations with
existing clients and relevant internal stakeholders in order to grow existing accounts
and create new business opportunities. S/he reports directly to the Centre Head and
is member of local management team.
Operations Manager will also create and head Order Management Centre of
Excellence which is a key element of positioning and development strategy of the
Infosys Brno Centre. In this respect s/he will ensure maintenance and development of
respective domain knowledge and operational capabilities.
As part of local Management Team Operations Manager will also use his managerial
experience in development of various organizational solutions and structures that will
improve the Centre’s performance and/or its financial situation.
Key responsibilities:
. Run smoothly existing operations
. Ensure high motivation level of the team
. Ensure meeting the financial targets of the team
. Build relations with representatives of existing clients (where possible) and
learn about business development opportunities
. Build relevant network of internal stakeholders and assist them in growing
operations done from Brno
. Cooperate with other Brno Managers in order to make best possible use of
some shared resources that are part of the team
. Create, lead, develop and promote Order Management Centre of Excellence
. Lead various projects on the Centre level
. Actively participate in the Centre Management
. Might take over new operations coming to Brno DC
