| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

In order to strength the organization and to support its objectives, the company is looking for a person to join its team in the position of:
Sales Manager
Objective:
The Sales Manager is responsible to lead the growth and profitability stakes of the subsidiary in Romania supported by the strengths of the Group.
Requirements
Solid commercial experience :
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience on the field, with int’l industrial goods company or int’l FMCG
- “capable of closing a deal”, with a proven track record
- High commercial acumen
Management experience
- one (at least) successful experience as team leader, budget responsibility, and big customers responsibility e.g. as Regional Sales Manager
Tools :
- Familiar with figures – translate reports into actionable goals
- IT-user skills (MS-Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Candidate Profile
- Fluently spoken and written English
- Native Romanian speaker
- Willing to travel – domestic and international (within Europe)
- 30 - 40 years (indicative)
- “Challenger” type
- Team player with excellent social skills
- Convincing communicator and confident presenter
- Self-starter, takes initiative, target and solution-focussed
- Can handle pressure and high work-load, “hands-on” worker
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main tasks:
- Defining and implementing the commercial strategy and the action plan in line with company’s objectives
- Leading complex negotiation with major customers or prospects
- Leading and coaching the sales team
- Marketing responsibilities
- Budget and profit responsibility for the sales department
