| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration or other relevant education
Min. 5 years leading experience in sales field, lighting business preferred
Proven strong leadership skills, experience in building a sales team
Comprehensive marketing knowledge, understanding marketing-mix
Open minded, team player with strong selling, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus

Sales Manager
key accounting do-it-yourself store / Distribution SMCG
Main tasks / responsibilities:
Development and implementation of national Channel approach together with Group Management Team
Identification of suitable wholesale and retail outlets to achieve national distribution
Establish and maintain effective relationships with Key Accounts and Wholesalers
Negotiate optimum terms & conditions with each Key Account and Wholesaler
Building up a new Sales Team, Selection of Sales-Staff and Training, leading the team.
Ensuring maximum visibility for our brands
Planning of Sales volumes, gathering, analyzing and reporting of sales and distribution figures
Monitoring and reporting of market development and competitors activities
