Purchasing Assistant
Job Purpose:
Daily support in Purchasing Cluster regular activities according to his requirements. Scheduling, coordinating and organizing the administrative assistance for the Head of Purchasing Cluster. Administration of all operative projects
Responsibilities:
1. Offers:
searching for offers in case of a new demand
market research periodically for consumables
offers negotiation and negotiation support
offers evaluation and evaluation support
2. Reports:
periodical checks of orders blocked in the system
3. Input orders in SAP program for
marketing
consumables
maintenance
trainings in FS
4. interface translation company: daily request processing, invoice verification
5. Mobile phones: Vodafone interface, part of verification, overcosts Vodafone
6. offers market research on request
7. ensuring processing of order/invoice/requisition requirements in accordance with the rules and procedures
