Key requirements:
Education:
MBA, very good English knowledge – German on top would be an asset
Minimum 5 years experience in a multinational enterprise in a similar/ or Controller position
Specific knowledge:
Romanian Accounting Rules, Austrian UGB,
Knowledge & experience of legal affairs
IT experience - build up of IT systems would be an asset, is not a must
Good knowledge of Windows and Office is essential
Personality:
Has to have potential for leadership and entrepreneurship
Has to cooperate and control at the same time with local staff as well as with third party

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client is one of major European producers of aluminum alloy structures.
For its newly founded company in Romania, just now under construction, our client is looking for a Chief Financial Manager located in Arad.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting including management, development and execution of companies policies, systems, financial processing and personnel in cooperation with the guidelines of the mother companies, in particular –
o Provide leadership and coordination of the companies “Commercials” = Accounting, Audit, Treasury, Controlling, Legal, Quality Control, Personnel, IT, Insurance & Security;
• Make sure that reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation , handling of gains and loss carry forwards, annual report and accounts is working in line with the rules, regulations and procedures of Romanian Legislation, Austrian Legislation and the corporation.
• Commercial staff management, motivation, training
• Provide projects and data for projects in order to benefit from possible subsidies for investments and similar programs for the company ‘s educational activities and investments into the work force in Romania
• Contributing to strategic planning and development as a member of the executive team, managing the follow up and keeping track of decisions of the executive team
• The successful candidate has to be prepared to perform detailing work during start up phases – act “missionary & as pioneer”
