| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree in a technical field
Minimum 2 years experience in a production environment
Experience in modernisation / upgrading of plant facilities
Good organizational skills, Target oriented, Good implementation skills, Potential to lead
Fluency in English and / or German

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client, an international company acting in the building materials field, with production facilities in Romania, is currently looking for a qualified person to join its team in the positions of Project Manager in Sibiu.
The role of this position is to manage the project of modernisation of the plant in Sibiu through a transfer of know-how and technology from other plants, by reorganizing and optimizing the shiftworks and training the employees.
