ORACLE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

This position is participating and supporting the Oracle Implementations within the region as well as providing ongoing Level 1 support for all Oracle users in EMEA.
That's why we are looking for a very active person, being able to work independenly, to operate in matrix reporting environment.
Note: this job will require significant travel within the EMEA region.

Key duties:
- provide support to the Regional Oracle implementation team
- actively participate in the testing of patches and release upgrades of the oracle enviroment
-monitor end-users progress and provide solutions / alternatives to ensure that implementation objectives are achieved
- document lessons learned and work with other regional leads to improve the group global design standars as applicable

Key dimensions:
- implement Oracle in 12-14 Market units
- support about 1000 users in EMEA

Job requirements:
- university degree
- at least 3 to 5 years experience in Oracle e-business suite implementation and support
- business expertize in functional domain (supply chain or finance or CRM or manufacturing)
- english is a must, additional foreign languages prefferd
- international business experience required

Technical / Functional skills:
- Oracle e-business suite knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Supply chain, CRM/ Service, Projects, Manufacturing
- proven advanced PC skills required ( MsOffice
