Director of Tax Department

The candidate should be able to co-ordinate a team and to work with strictly deadlines.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for coordinating the activity of Heads of Office in Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes and Taxes and Contributions on Wages and Salaries. You will develop strategies, approach and immediate steps to be taken within those fields. Also you are responsible for elaboration and updating of unitary procedures adapted to company’s specific activities, creation of complex IT systems (in co-operation with specialists) in the field, periodical analysis concerning the company’s fiscal statement, permanent co-operation with the fiscal authorities, creation of a data base for taxes and fees.

Requirements:
University business degree (in economical field), 3 years experience as a Director of Tax Department, good English knowledge, computer skills, ability to work with strictly deadlines, excellent knowledge of Commercial Law, Tax Law (especially regarding those fields), Romanian Accounting Regulations, IFRS.
