Senior Web Developer

Immediate opening for experienced web developer with comprehensive new media skills including XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, and Flash. Experience integrating websites with database backends and/or content management systems essential. At Diamax you will be expected to apply your creativity, skills, positive attitude, and work ethic to help leading institutions achieve their missions.

Will be responsible for implementing high-performance, high visibility websites using Diamax CMS, Diamax AssociationCMS Multi-channel Suite, Diamax CPMMS, and other Microsoft .net and SQL server based products for clients in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Will work closely with senior software engineers, application developers, new media consultants, graphic designers, and information architects based in Romania, Canada, and the United States.

Position is based in Bucharest office with 3 other full-time staff but will involve working up to two months per year in the United States or Canada.

Successful candidate will be hired for a 2 month initial contract. If performance is satisfactory, candidate will be offered a full-time salary position with Diamax Information Systems SRL, a wholly owned Romanian subsidiary of Diamax Information Systems Corporation, a US corporation that has been serving clients such as the World Bank and the National Academy of Sciences since 1998.

Must have completed a Bachelors degree at an accredited University. Minimum
4 years of full-time experience in a relevant professional environment.
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
