RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Essential Job Function:
Monitoring and troubleshooting voice/internet/data first level / Interacting with other departments in fixing a problem in the network
Requirements:
Studies: Telecom Engineering degree from a reputed University
Experience: Previous experience within a similar position would be an advantage
Main Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting the CPE equipments (fiber ,radio, DSL, other)
Monitoring the data network (client equipments, LL, international/local connections)
Monitoring the PDH/SDH network
Monitoring and troubleshooting the radio network
Monitoring the voice network
Generate reports based of input data form other departments
Technical support on phone for customer database
Would be an advantage:
Primary skills in Cisco Systems
Primary skills in Linux
Clean driving license
Other:
Open minded, team-worker
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, MSOffice)
Good command of English (speaking and writing), general office equipment skills
Availability to work in shifts
