Area Sales Representative

Requirements:

• Excellent sales negotiation and presentation skills;
• Experience in similar position at least 2 years;
• Result-oriented and time management skills;
• Flexibility and feeling for team work;
• Fluent knowledge of English (written, spoken);
• Representative and communicative person;
• Ability to identify and comprehend customer needs;
• University degree preferably in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration or related area;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Loyal, reliable and well-organized person;
• Valid driving license cat. B;
• Motivated for intensive travel;

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to constantly maintain the development of the company’s sales in the covered region;
• Establish direct and effective long-term contacts with customers and distributors;
• Directly involved in building and development of distribution network in the covered region;
• Maintain strong business relationships with current and future partners;
• Constantly improving the market presentation, effective distribution and presentation of the company’s products;
• Provides technical assistance to clients;
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Prepare sales reports and competition analysis on regular bases;
• Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations and all other materials needed for effective sales;
• Manage and update records of current and potential clients;

For its expansion abroad, the company is looking to recruit motivated professionals for the position of Area Sales Representative for the Romanian Market. The successful candidate should have proven experience record in sales and customer service relations. The Area Sales Representative is responsible to constantly maintain the development of the company in the covered region, by establishing direct and effective contacts with customers and distributors. The Area Sales Representative is directly involved in building and development of distribution network in the covered region.
