Software Testing Engineer

Qualifications required:
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems: installing, setup, operating
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases – installing, setup, using
• Good knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite and IP network technologies
• Knowledge of QA processes (test plan design, test cases, testing and error reports)
• Basic knowledge about testing tools (defects management, version management, automated testing)
• English advanced language speaking and writing
• German language is an advantage
• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar job

Skills:
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to recognize and correct errors
• Good communication and strong team working skills and an eye for detail
• Ability and willingness to learn and use new technology

Main Responsibilities:
• Test deuromedia software products, using testing methodologies and tools, in order to identify design and application errors
• Develop tools for automated testing
