RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
oReceiving and dealing with guests
•Registration of entry and exit
•Informing person concerned that his/her visitor has arrived
•Under supervision, performs receptionist duties including directing incoming calls and taking complete and accurate messages
•Responsible for greeting and announcing clients and visitors
•Booking meeting rooms on the ground floor and fourth floor takes place at the reception desk; the remaining meeting rooms must be booked on the respective floor by the departmental secretary.
•Ensure the cleanliness of the meeting rooms,
•In addition to the reorganization of the meeting rooms
•Monitors incoming and outgoing mail and packages
•Responsible for sorting mail performs other general administrative duties upon request
•Requests and reservations pertaining to visual aids
•Dispersal of entry cards
•Registration of entry and exit
•Informing person concerned that his/her visitor has arrived
•Provision of entry cards to new employees
•Delivery of packages
