| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills;
Functional/Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of the IT market and IT technology
Strong direct sales background (minimum 3 years experience within IT market)
Good people management skills with an ability to build a local team
Experience within international companies either directly or indirectly
At least 3 years account management experience in large accounts
Education: University degree (technical or economical studies), MBA an advantage
Languages: Necessary - English – Fluent (reading and writing)

Experience in sales and/or marketing positions
Drive for results, proof track record of projects in which he/she was involved
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job Title: External Sales Account Manager
Location: Romania - Bucharest
SUMMARY
-Sales to Large corporate accounts across selected/all major industry sectors, while working closely with DELL authorized partners.
-Develop strong network of contacts across designed sectors and within partner organizations. -Analyse the Non Dell clients portfolio and define action plan to convert them into customers.
-Understand the customers needs, product requirements, budget constraints, competition & decision makers.
-Advise potential customers on the features & advantages of the Dell Model and its products, technologies and service offerings.
-Qualify customer information on CRM and sales tools to ensure future follow up.
-Efficiently convert telephone calls into quotes reflecting the customer’s needs.
-Follow up quotes via proactive out-calling to maximize chances of closing the sale in favour of Dell
-Achieve quarterly financial sales targets, metrics and objectives.
-When appropriate, pass on customer to the development selling team, delivering a proper update on opportunities and risk for further action.
-Drive and Follow-up marketing initiatives to open/develop new customers.
-Apply correct discount level to customer and properly handle/manage customer care issues.
