DECISION SUPPORT ANALYST

• bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• 4-6 years relevant experience/background is required
• strong knowledge of written & spoken English
• strong understanding of P&L, Balance sheet under IFRS
• experience in a multi-national environment is a plus
• independent and hard working , self-motivated, well organized and responsible
• ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• strong ability to work effectively across functions
• ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced job environment with minimum supervision
• in depth knowledge of computer applications: Microsoft Office
• knowledge of Khalix, SAP is considered an advantage;
• ability to consolidate, manipulate and analyze large quantities of data
• ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines

• maintain/ create Cost Centers and Profit Centers in SAP according to the requirements
• month-end analysis regarding month-to-month comparisons between forecast and actual expenses for each budget, by line item, underlying the discrepancies
• gathers and consolidates detailed information so that departments can better understand their budget. Sent actual budgets to their owners.
• create Investment Programs based on the approved amounts. Maintain the budgets.
• load selling price in SAP and standard cost for inventory
• calculate Inventory Variances
• provide support to local management team in different area of finance
